Whilst
Earl Associates is primarily UK based, we have worked for numerous international
companies and have recruited many export and overseas sales personnel.
In
addition we also have bilingual associates in both the Netherlands and Germany.
Charges
In
line with most other recruitment companies the charges for the full recruitment
service are based on a percentage of the successful candidate's annual
commencing salary but we can also offer a 'time-involvement' charge basis for
services such as 'Mail Box'. For the ancillary services the fees are calculated
on a 'time-involvement' basis with the company being provided with a complete
schedule and set cost prior to any work being commenced. All charges are made to
the client company, no charges are made to the candidates.
